The scale of lithium battery coating machines accounts for 15-18% of the total scale of lithium battery equipment, which is one of the core
production equipment of lithium battery equipment.

and Korean companies in terms of coating speed, coating width, centralized procurement thickness, coating accuracy, and other aspects.
The coating process is a process based on the study of fluid properties. One or more layers of liquid are coated on a substrate. The substrate is
usually a flexible film or backing paper. The coated liquid coating is then dried or cured in an oven to form a film layer with special functions.
The main methods of coating lithium-ion battery pole pieces are currently comma roller transfer coating and slit extrusion coating.
The stability of coating speed and tension determines the thickness of the coated material and the quality of the product. The thinner the coated
material, the higher the battery capacity per unit volume. The higher the speed, the higher the output and the lower the cost.
This project is for the lithium battery production process section in the new energy industry, used for positive and negative electrode
pre-coating and positive and negative electrode slurry coating.
The line is about 80 meters long. Our EX series remote IO is used in the feeding unit, coating unit, back roller, drying, upper and lower molds,
and a large number of digital and analog signals are used.
The equipment uses a Siemens 1512SP controller master station, with Decowell EX-1110 card-type remote IO, which is mainly responsible for
the in-place signal of the position sensor and the temperature detection of the temperature controller. The 485 communication is mainly for
MODBUS-RTU inverter reading and writing, which is used for the control of the drying box blower and exhaust fan.
This line has high requirements for the accuracy and response time of each station signal, adapts to the harsh working environment, and
